The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly. The massage and the luxurious hair wash added to the spa-like experience. Angelo took the time to understand how I wanted my hair styled and delivered excellent results. The hairstyle lasted me through the evening event and the following day. I would definitely recommend this salon, even though I'm not a local to London.
Being a lady who wears a headscarf, I was pleased with how the lovely staff accommodated my need for a private area for my treatment. The private space was clean and well-organized. Overall, it was an experience that was definitely worth the money spent.
I haven't visited the salon yet, but I believe the café section could use some improvement. Aveda emphasizes natural and plant-based products, yet they don't offer a single vegan pastry, which is disappointing. The tea is of good quality, and the ambiance is delightful, especially considering the relatively peaceful atmosphere for central London. However, the lack of vegan options is a letdown given the location.
