Without a doubt, one of the most exceptional nail treatments I've ever encountered! Bella was not only charming and conversational, but she also executed a fantastic job on my nails. I opted for the matcha, which was delightful; the attention to detail and customer service from everyone was impeccable, from the moment I entered until I departed! - a rarity in London, making this experience truly memorable, and I will certainly be returning. Kudos to the Iris Avenue team.

From the moment I entered the establishment to the time I departed, everything flowed seamlessly. Despite my slight tardiness of about 10 minutes, the staff were exceptionally accommodating. My nail technician, Alex, was truly exceptional. Engaging in delightful conversation throughout the session, she truly uplifted my spirits (especially considering the challenging week I had been enduring; my face hadn't lit up this much in days until this appointment). Alex demonstrated a gentle touch while tending to my nails. She embodies the ideal nail technician as when I expressed my desire for a slightly more blended design, she executed it without hesitation (recognising my nerves, she reassured me that individual style and preferences vary). Prior to applying the final layer of orange top coat, she presented the design for my approval, ensuring my satisfaction. Not only Alex, but the entire team exuded warmth and kindness. The reception staff were incredibly positive and welcoming as well. The salon itself exuded elegance and emitted a delightful fragrance. The only downside is that I reside on the opposite side of the globe and am merely visiting for a holiday, hence I cannot become a regular patron. This experience has certainly heightened my expectations for nail salons🩷.

My gel polish pedicure with Emma was less than satisfactory. Some of my toes experienced discomfort during the cuticle trimming and nail shaping process. One of my toes even turned red during the nail shaping. Towards the end, she attempted to reshape my toenails, and when she reached the painful toe, I flinched. I expressed my discomfort, but she did not offer an apology. I did appreciate the white polish on my toes. However, overall, the pedicure experience was not pleasant. I shared my feedback with the receptionist, who was apologetic and expressed regret. The ambiance was relaxing and laid-back. The receptionist and the manager were courteous and polite.
