Oh wow, what a fantastic job on my nails!! I visited this salon for the first time today, and I have to say, the level of detail in creating this set was exceptional. My nails and cuticles were expertly prepped before applying the polish, and the length, shape, and colour were tailored perfectly to my liking. Just look at the charms I chose in the photos I've shared - the nail technician took the time to select them with care. And can we talk about how flawless and symmetrical the French tip is?!!! I wholeheartedly endorse this salon for nail services, thank you so much for the excellent work 🫶❤️❤️❤️
I'm dissatisfied with my visit to this nail salon. I came in on Christmas Eve after calling ahead due to the holiday season potentially affecting their hours - I clearly communicated my needs over the phone and was given a quote of £70 for a Shellac manicure and pedicure. However, after the services were done, the staff informed me that it would be £75 plus an additional fee for removing my old Shellac, bringing the total to £85. I pointed out the discrepancy in the quoted price, but the staff was unresponsive and impolite. I offered to pay by card, but their machine was out of order, so they insisted I make a bank transfer instead. Despite my discomfort with this method, they pressured me to proceed. Due to this experience and the fact that they caused me to bleed during the treatment and finished the manicure in an awkward position on my lap, I will not be returning.
Another delightful visit to this salon. I've been a loyal customer for nearly a year now, and the attention to detail and precision in nail shaping never fails to impress me. I highly recommend this place.
