I am revising my previous assessment due to altered circumstances. Initially, I was greatly displeased by an unjust charge, however, subsequent to this, Caroline reached out to me to express regret and extended an invitation to return to the salon without any additional cost. I genuinely valued this gesture and all is forgiven in my eyes. I have consistently adored this salon and would not have considered patronizing another establishment. They consistently strive to meet the needs of their patrons. Their eyelash lift service is top-notch. I am relieved that everything has been resolved satisfactorily.
Utilized a gift voucher for the CBD oil massage and facial - both were truly exceptional. Departed feeling immensely relaxed and with a grin on my face. The individuals here are delightful. Would enthusiastically suggest and revisit!
I underwent an eyelash lift at this establishment. I can only award one star for the beauty technician who was delightful. Regrettably, it appears that the solution was left on for an excessive duration as my lashes became frizzy. I diligently followed the post-treatment instructions to avoid getting water on my lashes for 3 days. Despite this, I have been unable to apply mascara. The inability to wear eye makeup over the festive season was quite disheartening. As of mid-January, I am still unable to apply mascara due to my unruly and misaligned lashes. Eagerly awaiting the natural growth cycle of my lashes.
