The service provided was exceptional, the salon exudes charm, they managed to fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and my nail art was completed swiftly and almost flawlessly. I am deducting a star because upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that the manicurist had not painted the nail all the way to the edge, giving the appearance of a 2-week-old manicure rather than a fresh one. It's only been 5 days, and I already feel the need to have them redone as they look even more aged :(. I am a bit disappointed, but I believe it was an oversight. The photo was taken the day after for reference.
I had my nails done on the 5th of August, and they initially looked quite lovely despite the fact that the cuticles were not trimmed, which I did not mention. However, on Saturday the 12th, the nail on my middle finger cracked while I was sleeping, and I did not engage in any activity that could have caused it to break. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the salon to have it fixed, so I ended up removing the rest of the nail on the middle finger. To my dismay, today another finger has cracked, and I have not engaged in any physical activities that could have caused it. I am disappointed in the quality, especially considering the price I paid. Typically, my nails last me 3 weeks when done elsewhere.
After an 8-year quest for a top-notch nail salon in Central London, I have finally stumbled upon this hidden gem. My nails have never appeared as vibrant and healthy. Jolly's meticulous work and attention to detail are truly remarkable. I adore this place.
