I recently underwent a Hydrafacial treatment. The service I received was quite disappointing. The beautician arrived late, causing my treatment to start behind schedule. She sported long artificial nails and failed to wash her hands before commencing the session. Her technique was rough and uncomfortable, almost as if she was scraping my skin. I ended up with bruises on my face resembling burst capillaries. Despite being a senior practitioner, her lack of expertise was evident. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
