I had a great experience with the staff. Yesterday, I spent a long time trying out different makeup brands to find the right foundation shade. Unfortunately, there was no restroom in the store, so I had to go to itsu across the street to use their facilities. Also, many popular items were sold out. Despite looking nice after my visit, spending over two hours was too long. I appreciate the variety of brands they carry, but the foundation search was time-consuming.
Without a doubt, the Covent Garden store is the worst SPACENK in central London. The staff there are the most unwelcoming and rude individuals I have ever encountered. On the morning of the 19th of September, I entered the store just before 11:30am. Not a single staff member greeted me or offered any assistance as I was looking for a gift for my expecting sister. The lack of communication was truly appalling and unprofessional. Despite being a loyal customer of space NK for years, I have never faced such blatant rudeness.
