The entire team is extremely pleasant, and the salon is impeccably clean. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

It's not ideal to leave a review like this but I felt compelled to share my recent visit. The two individuals who were working there were delightful, however, I believe I was attended to by someone who may have been new or simply assisting. I simply requested a trim, and the individual seemed quite unsure. The blow dry and styling were commendable, hence the two-star rating, but the actual haircut was disastrous. I have never received such a poor cut before. I have layers in my hair, and it appeared that only the bottom layer was trimmed! However, I hesitated to inquire about the other layer, as it felt akin to questioning a mechanic about opening the bonnet. Upon returning home, my hair looked fine. It was only after a couple of washes that I noticed the top layer had not been trimmed, resulting in dryness and tangling. I eventually sought the services of another hairdresser to rectify the situation, and during the process, it was revealed that the bottom layer had not even been cut evenly! I felt embarrassed and frustrated. Therefore, I cannot recommend one of the individuals at the establishment. There was another blonde hairdresser who appeared skilled. I did not catch any names, but unless you are seeing her, I suggest avoiding this place. I ended up paying twice for a haircut just to have it redone, and all that was needed was a trim! While I strive to support local businesses, this experience was far from satisfactory, and I will not be returning.
