My son went for a haircut. Came home with a big blotch on the front of his new (pricey) hoodie. No dye was used on his hair but there must have been something on the smock because the front of the hoodie now sports a large bleach-like ring stain and is totally unwearable. He has just returned to the salon to ask to see the smock, they have denied any responsibility and have offered no compensation. My son didn’t confront them at the time as he didn’t notice until he got into the car. But I noticed as soon as he came home. They actually had the audacity to suggest he arrived with the hoodie stained! As if! Very very disappointing show RL Beauty. Disappointing show. This shouldn’t have happened and the way you handled it was disgraceful.
Reserved here for convenience. Love that you can have hair and makeup done in the same spot. Makes life that tad easier. We were going to a formal dinner and we were thrilled with our makeup and hair.
Absolutely top-notch experience, just had a complete pedicure by Christine. Feet soaked, skin removed, nails filed and polished - the full works oh and the whole time in a massage chair. Definitely recommend to anyone.
