Tom did a fantastic job on my nails! His meticulous approach and gentle handling were impressive, especially as I have sensitive skin and often experience discomfort at new salons. Tom was precise and careful, flawlessly recreating the design I showed him from Instagram. I highly recommend him—not only is he talented, but he also has a great sense of humour. Definitely a worthwhile experience!
No issues, they seemed quite busy when I visited but the wait was around 15-20 minutes at most. The manicurist who attended to me didn’t engage in much conversation, but her work was meticulous and efficient. I paid £25 for a manicure with gels, a reasonable price in my opinion. Hoping for good longevity.
Terrible experience, my daughter waited over an hour past her appointment time for her nails to be done, and no one in the salon took responsibility for the poor service when I inquired. They even applied acrylic nails to children under 14 years old. The nails were excessively thick, and within just 2 weeks, one of them broke in half!
