The finest spot for colonic hydrotherapy! I struggle with severe constipation, have undergone more than 25 treatments, and have tried numerous clinics in the past with different machines and systems. None of them can hold a candle to the Beauty & Detox Spa machine. Don't hesitate to book a session because you won't find a better one.
I reckon in principle it was an alright facial massage but it wasn't the Japanese technique with acupressure and style as advertised. She pressed DOWN on my face instead of using upward strokes! She claimed it would reduce puffiness, but I left with a more swollen face, even my glands were swollen... and my filler had shifted! I had lumps... they subsided later that night but I ended up looking worse than when I entered. Moreover, they promote ELEMIS products, yet she used random 'other professional' products, probably from Amazon! Waste of money. Utterly disappointed. Prices are too high for the service provided. Avoid at all costs!
Scheduled a lymphatic drainage massage at this establishment. However, she began with a deep tissue massage. When I mentioned that it felt more like deep tissue, she said that's what was noted in the system. She then adjusted her technique to a modified deep tissue massage. It was painful, whereas lymphatic drainage should be gentle strokes. It's evident they have no clue what they're doing. I informed her that I shouldn't be charged for a lymphatic drainage when I clearly didn't receive one, and she immediately became defensive and impolite. I paid the full price to avoid being accused of complaining just to avoid payment. She claimed to be a seasoned professional. Yeah, right. I warned her that I would lodge a complaint, and she sarcastically wished me luck with that. I wonder what her relationship with the owner is. If you label yourself as a detox spa, you should at least understand what a lymphatic drainage massage entails. I won't return, and I don't recommend it.
