I’ve been a patron for over 5 years and this hair salon is truly exceptional. The staff are always welcoming, offering refreshments and transforming my jet-black hair into the perfect beach blonde! My experience with Zahid today was exceptional. I happened to pass by the salon on my way home and inquired about the cost of a soak-off. Zahid warmly welcomed me and offered to fix my nails as he had an available slot (following a botched job at Honeys nail bar nearby). Having had negative encounters with other nail salons in the area, Zahid could sense my apprehension. He was incredibly gentle and meticulous in his work, ensuring my nails were done to perfection. The customer service was genuine and top-notch. I will definitely be returning. Additionally, the value for money is excellent.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, my shellac manicure only lasted a week before it started peeling off. Upon returning to the salon, I was informed that I would have to pay £7 to have it redone. Other nail salons typically offer a guarantee against chipping or early wear. Disappointingly, I had to request for my nails to be buffed properly before painting them myself. Upon washing my hands at home, it was evident that the buffing was not done correctly. A waste of £25 and a truly unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this service.
