Had a terrible experience today. Instead of the long and beautiful nails shown in the picture, I ended up with short and poorly shaped nails on every finger. I wish I could show you a picture of how bad they look. I feel like a 12-year-old getting her nails done for the first time. Will not be returning.
Requested a white tip for £25, but received a pink and white paint job instead, and was charged £35. The price board did not reflect this discrepancy. Nails were not buffed or filed properly. Tom apologised, but the issue remained unresolved. Unsatisfied with the service, felt deceived and overcharged.
Consistently greeted warmly on each visit. The salon is well-organised, ensuring you never miss your turn even during busy times. Their pedicures are top-notch. Highly recommended by me.
