Absolutely no customer service, even for loyal customers I've been a loyal customer at Olivia's for over 5 years. In March, my daughter gave me a £100 voucher as a birthday present to use at the salon. I had used £60 of the voucher and accidentally lost the card with the remaining £40 credit. I messaged Olivia to inform her, and while she acknowledged the remaining credit, she refused to honour it. She stated that unless I find the voucher, she won't allow me to use the credit. I am beyond disappointed. Please avoid purchasing gift vouchers from this salon because if you misplace them, you lose out, and the salon will not recognize your loyalty. Olivia knew I had money left on the voucher, as I have messages to prove it, but I feel she took advantage of my honesty, kindness, and loyalty.
Thank you so much for my fabulous nails, ladies. I am thrilled with them and appreciate how gentle you were with my nails, especially since they were in such a mess before. They look fantastic now, and I am obsessed with the shape and colour. Can't wait to see you next time. xx
I had my nails done for the first time, and the young lady who did them did a fantastic job. The set cost me £33. Highly recommend!
