Absolutely no customer service, even for loyal customers
I've been a loyal customer at Olivia's for over 5 years. In March, my daughter gave me a £100 voucher as a birthday present to use at the salon. I had used £60 of the voucher and accidentally lost the card with the remaining £40 credit. I messaged Olivia to inform her, and while she acknowledged the remaining credit, she refused to honour it. She stated that unless I find the voucher, she won't allow me to use the credit. I am beyond disappointed. Please avoid purchasing gift vouchers from this salon because if you misplace them, you lose out, and the salon will not recognize your loyalty.
