The proprietor Lisa failed to honour the scheduled appointment I had arranged with Holly, choosing instead to take over the manicure session without my consent. Displeased by her disregard for my time, I opted to leave and return later, as I would have been made to wait for 20 minutes. Despite my waiting in the car for Holly to finish with her previous client, Lisa insisted I enter the salon. I raised concerns about the lack of social distancing measures as the desks were rearranged in close proximity. Lisa's response was dismissive and confrontational, insisting that the setup was acceptable. She even suggested I move my chair to the side, which I complied with. However, she continued to be confrontational, implying I could go elsewhere for my nail treatments. This unprofessional behaviour extended to the poor removal of gel polish from only three nails before Holly took over. Lisa's previous manicure had been subpar, leading me to request Holly for subsequent appointments. Despite this, Lisa called me later to accuse me of rudeness, displaying delusional behaviour and falsehoods. This experience has left me deeply upset, prompting this negative review.

I had a manicure with gel, eyebrow wax and tint, and 1ml lip fillers. Next week, I am returning for eyelash extensions. Two fantastic ladies provided exceptional service, displaying politeness and friendliness throughout. I highly recommend their services.

I am delighted with the quality of my Gel nails. Lisa was both friendly and professional, ensuring my nails were exactly as I desired. I will certainly be returning for future appointments.
