I adore the salon and journey more than 40 miles to get my hair done, a tradition I've followed for several years. While I was at the salon, a lady arrived for a skin test. Due to the presence of vulnerable clients, she couldn't enter the salon due to Covid protocols. However, a staff member promptly went out to explain the situation to her. Unfortunately, she had already left in less than a minute. It's a pity as she's missing out on exceptional hair and beauty services.
