I am quite dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails. They appear significantly wider than my natural nails, giving the illusion of chubby fingers. Moreover, my cuticles are overly dry with acrylic that is beginning to chip off, lacking a proper finishing around the edges. I paid an additional pound for an 'H' to be written, but the execution looks amateurish. When I requested a neater rendition, my plea was denied. Additionally, the nail technician seemed rushed, standing throughout the procedure.
I have visited this nail salon on multiple occasions and have been consistently pleased with the service. The customer service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place.
The team members, particularly the owner and her relative, are exceptionally welcoming. They provided valuable guidance on the best nail treatment for me. I opted for natural-looking white tips on powder nails, and the results have lasted an impressive five weeks, still looking fantastic. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and highly recommend it.
