I had a rather unpleasant experience at this salon. The technician left wax residue on my face, making my journey home uncomfortable, and my eyebrows ended up looking uneven. Additionally, I felt like I was deceived into not receiving the change I was owed. It was clear to me that the individual lacked the necessary qualifications and was engaging in dishonest practices.
I made the mistake of taking my daughter for a quick trim at this salon. It was evident that the stylist lacked the required skills, as there was a noticeable one-inch difference in the length on each side. The back of the cut was uneven, and it seemed like chunks of hair were haphazardly removed in an attempt to rectify the initial mistakes.
I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this salon. Despite being delayed by traffic, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating when I called to inform them. Victoria, who attended to me, took the time to have a consultation to understand my preferences before suggesting the best course of action. Throughout the styling process, she showered me with compliments on my natural hair colour and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to her expertise, my hair feels healthier than it has in years. I will definitely be a returning customer.
