Upon reaching the checkout to pay for my rather pricey hair, the individual at the till questioned why I was gazing at him. I responded that it was not him, but rather I had a lot on my mind. I perceived his manner to be impolite and distressing, especially since I truly adored and required the hair. Otherwise, I would have simply departed the shop. They ought to improve their communication with customers. I will refrain from entering the shop if that gentleman is manning the till.
