I have frequented LaserClinic Hounslow on three occasions, twice at the original site and once at the new one. I recommended it to my sibling and a pal, both of whom were content with their treatments. Rocio, the skincare specialist, exhibits professionalism and attentiveness. The hydro facial cleansing I underwent left me satisfied. However, upon returning as a regular client post-maternity leave, I was let down. The new venue lacks the charm of the original, and the service from the skincare specialist was below par. The treatment explanation was lacking, and the bright lights were discomforting. Despite reaching out to Rocio, the issue remains unaddressed. Reluctant to leave a negative review, I am disheartened by the poor service and lack of follow-up, especially as I aspired to be a loyal customer.
