My partner went for a gel nail polish, while I indulged in a back waxing here last week, and I was extremely impressed with how thorough it was. My partner was equally pleased with her nails. The salon is exceptionally clean and serene, very calming. The team here are highly professional and welcoming. I've already booked another appointment for more waxing. I would highly recommend this salon.
I wasn't planning to leave feedback, but after 4 days I realize how terrible this experience was. I still have marks on my thighs from the wax being too hot, maybe. I ended up with bruising on my shins because the person was pressing the wax strips on my legs so hard. She said I could return if she missed any areas, but even though she missed significant strips, there's no way I'm going back. I still had quite a bit of wax left on my legs. Honestly, the worst experience, and on top of that, it cost more than the much better wax studio I previously visited. If I could give no stars, I would. There's a photo attached showing the damage to my thighs. The appointment was at 2 pm on Friday, and I really think this person needs to stop waxing or get some training. I shouldn't have to tell her how bad it was; it's an uncomfortable situation.
