Amanda is an exceptional Pilates instructor and offers a wealth of knowledge beyond just Pilates. She possesses a deep understanding of anatomy, excels in communication, and conducts classes on weight training, trigger pointing/self-massage, along with traditional Pilates. Additionally, she exudes a playful and upbeat demeanor! Initially, I attended her studio, but now I primarily engage in her online sessions, allowing me the flexibility to participate at my convenience, which is fantastic.
