I popped into the store the other day... it's brimming with feminine items. A haven for young individuals!! It's not quite my style of shop, though... but then again, I'm not trendy, haha. It lacks a bit of ambiance, if I'm being honest. Some things are reasonably priced, while others lean towards the expensive side. But that's par for the course no matter where you go.

Anya truly remarkable member of the team at Claire’s and they should take pride in having them as a representative. Supportive, understanding, and going above and beyond to accommodate my daughter for her birthday ear piercing appointment. Exceptional service that deserves recognition from management!!! I will be reaching out to head office to ensure Anya receives the acknowledgment they deserve. Particularly with how disrespectful some customers are towards the staff. I also noticed the reviews, especially the one following mine on Google, with that woman insulting the "pink haired girl" in her review - disregard it, she's a disgraceful individual. I am genuinely taken aback by the rudeness of the staff in this establishment. On two occasions, I have visited and felt like an inconvenience to the employees. There is a person with pink hair working there, and when I inquired about the tragus piercings, their attitude was appalling, as though asking for assistance was a crime. Today, I sought help with a nose stud, and the same individual seemed exasperated and displayed clear disdain towards me for no apparent reason. I cannot recommend this place and will not return. The staff here need to adjust their attitudes and learn to communicate with respect. I was not impolite, so I fail to comprehend the issue.
