Lisa is exceptional. She promptly resolved issues I had with a previous piercing from a different studio. Every piercing she has done for me since then has healed beautifully. The pricing is fair and there is a lovely selection of jewellery to choose from.
Lisa-Rose is truly the kindest soul. When I expressed my nerves and social anxiety during my booking, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I even gifted her a chocolate bar with a ribbon I personally tied, as a token of my appreciation for her kindness. Being young and inexperienced with piercings, I was particularly anxious, but Lisa-Rose handled the situation with such care. She noticed my fear of needles and made sure I didn't see it until I closed my eyes. Prior to my appointment, she had already reached out via email to reassure me, knowing about my anxiety. If she offered tattoo services, I would undoubtedly choose her as my artist in the future! x
