After previous negative experiences at another salon, I was extremely anxious about getting a Hollywood wax. However, Donna was fantastic. She made me feel at ease, continuously checking on my comfort during the treatment. The end result was fantastic, and I left feeling very satisfied. I will definitely be returning!
Absolutely awful experience I had yesterday with electrolysis. The individual performing the treatment was incredibly unprofessional. I was charged £55 for a treatment that was barely done - only about 5 hairs were removed and my mustache looked worse afterward. I strongly advise against visiting this salon, as they are highly unprofessional and even charge for consultations. The individual did not even properly discuss the treatment with me, only asking a few questions. I will never return to this salon, it was a complete waste of money. Take a look at the picture, can you believe this cost me £55?
