The owner, with a quirky hairstyle, and the entire team were quite rude! I almost walked out, but I maintained my composure as they had already begun the job. They kept giving me side-eye and rolling their eyes! Despite my request for a normal pedicure instead of gel, they insisted on using gel as normal polish takes longer to dry! It's frustrating when they think they know better than the customers! Not a satisfactory job, not cleaned properly, and I suspect the nail polish may have expired. I wish I had read these reviews before going there. Initially, I was told £35 by the guy, but the owner charged me £40. I couldn't be bothered to argue; I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible! Extremely rude! No manners at all! I will definitely not be returning!

Absolutely dreadful. Two different individuals worked on my nails. When I politely asked for one nail to be fixed, the guy insisted it would look the same, which it didn't. Whenever I asked something, the guy would just stare at me and then get annoyed. They also cut my cuticles and the acrylics were not applied properly. Furthermore, I chose a colour, but he only used the pink powder without any actual varnish, so now, after two days, the coat is peeling off, and you can see the matte base. When I questioned him about the varnish at the end, he claimed it's the same as the powder. I can't comprehend why he couldn't fulfil my requests, but in any case, I will not be returning and do not recommend it.
