I have been coming to Alex for years initially for Bowen therapy due to having lower back niggles.. Bowen therapy is a unique treatment and I still don't know how it fully works.. Alex also does a massage alongside your bowen and puts you at ease immediately... I also come to get electrolysis .. not many people do electrolysis and Alex is excellent ... Alex is very Holistic minded and cares about client care.. their knowledge over treatments like skin and tags and more specialised treatments regarding skin, hair and skeletal is almost medical.. they could very well if been a nurse in a different profession ... thoroughly recommend 👌
I've been attending regularly for many years when a friend recommended I try Bowen for a bad back. Alex is an experienced Bowen therapist and the gentle manipulative technique ensures that I am pain free. They listen carefully to explanations about what areas are hurting (back / neck / shoulder / knee etc) and then tailor their treatment accordingly. I think it's very good value for money.
For years I suffered with eye tags. My partner booked me in for a treatment with Alex and over a number of sessions Alex worked their magic. I have since visited Alex for other skin treatments, always been very happy with the results. They are an amazing beauty therapist, and provide first class treatment.
