I reserved the spa for my partner's dad's birthday. I had modest expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The location is right in front of the golf course - a lovely view, truly enhances the experience. It's tidy and well-equipped. The staff were welcoming and professional, taking great care of us. The spa and leisure amenities were superb - just what we needed. The therapists did an outstanding job with the treatments, leaving us feeling extremely relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Visited for a spa experience as a present for my mother. The relaxation area was delightful and the treatments (hot stone massage) were exceptional. It was fantastic to have a shared treatment room as well. The staff were courteous and efficient. The changing facilities were spotless.
Purchased a Virgin Experience package for this spa at £90, which included access to the facilities and a trio of treatments. The facilities may be compact but are worth the money, and the treatments were definitely the highlight, with the two young therapists being professional, friendly, and providing skincare advice at the end. I would also suggest booking the afternoon tea package in the restaurant/cafe, which was perfect for both myself and my mother. A lovely afternoon :)
