Irrational. Subpar customer service. I shall refrain from patronising Boots in the future. Frequently overpriced items anyway. Additionally, why the closure between 1 & 2? Inconvenient for individuals needing to collect prescriptions during the lunch break. Unsatisfactory.
I frequent this chemist daily and have been a loyal customer at this branch for a considerable period. I have consistently found the team to be exceedingly courteous and accommodating. The pharmacists themselves have also been remarkably amiable and supportive. It does tend to get rather busy around midday.
