I booked a full spa day with 100 minutes of treatments but only received a total of 60 minutes. I was made to have lunch at 11.30 and then immediately had my treatment on a full stomach. Despite my complaint, I was given an apology and promised a refund that never materialised. Would not recommend. Unreliable :(
Had an amazing spa day! Arrived at 10 am and left at 3 pm. Kiera took great care of me with a full-body massage and facial. The lunch was delicious too! I feel rejuvenated like a new person!
Had my lashes done yesterday, aiming for a fuller, natural look around the edges of my eyes. Sasha was fantastic and did an amazing job. When I got home, my eyes felt uncomfortable, so I called back. They managed to fit me in for a touch-up within 24 hours to ensure I was completely satisfied. Great customer service, lovely work with excellent isolation, and a beautiful natural look. Thank you!
