I have my hair styled by Lily and my nails done by Emma, they are both skilled, welcoming and make you feel completely comfortable, been visiting for about a year now and wouldn’t go elsewhere. Always enjoy a nice chat, cup of tea and my hair and nails always look fantastic afterwards, and if you need advice on aftercare they are both more than happy to assist.
I usually see Alex for a manicure, which I adore, but decided to indulge in a facial. Oh my goodness, why didn't I do it sooner. It was incredible. Alex provided a consultation first, and explained what she would do and the products she would use. I just wanted my skin to look radiant, and she definitely delivered. Also left feeling incredibly relaxed. Will certainly be pampering myself again, in fact, on a regular basis. Highly recommend without a doubt.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! To begin with, the salon was absolutely filthy and there were remnants of hair from the previous dozen clients at my feet! I was there for over 3 hours and not once offered a drink even after waiting for half an hour for my appointment, and the staff were not welcoming. Requesting a natural highlight colour, the stylist used BLEACH on my hair and did a full colour! Clearly, she didn't know what she was doing as she kept consulting Lily! As if that wasn't bad enough, it then started to sting and I left with bleach stains down the back of my top that they clearly do in their restroom! Definitely will not be returning and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this unprofessional and low-quality salon!
