Visited this salon with my son who is autistic and does not enjoy haircuts. When I informed the stylist that my son can be a bit challenging due to his autism, he callously refused to proceed, pointing at my son on the floor. Thankfully, a female stylist intervened, claiming she was better equipped to handle such situations. Despite her insensitive remark, I agreed to let her proceed with the haircut. However, when my son began to cry, she abruptly stopped and declared she couldn't continue unless he sat still. I offered to hold him to calm him down, but they adamantly refused. I refrained from causing a scene to shield my son from feeling different, even though he may not comprehend everything that was said. This blatant discrimination is utterly appalling.

What a dreadful experience at this nail salon! The male technicians were impolite and rough in their approach, failing to properly execute the nail service. I tried to explain a simple request for glitter on two nails, but they seemed clueless and handled my nails roughly. Their grasp of English was insufficient to understand basic nail terminology or engage in conversation. They carelessly cut my cuticles, leaving them in a sorry state. Moreover, they painted outside the lines on many of my fingers. The drying equipment was uncomfortably hot, clearly a tactic to rush through the job quickly. The salon was filthy, with nail clippings and dust scattered across surfaces and floors, along with unclean tools. Avoid this place at all costs. It should be shut down immediately.

My encounter with a male staff member here was absolutely dreadful! He was rude, rough, and showed no interest in properly tending to my nails. Instead, he seemed more preoccupied with checking how many customers were waiting. The final result was passable only after he corrected the colours I had chosen. I have never left a place so swiftly in my life, but not before cautioning the next customer to steer clear of him!
