Absolutely thrilled with my nails. Visited the salon for the first time, got Gel nails done on both fingers and toes. Amy attended to me, and she was a delightful young lady - very caring and attentive. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend her. Thank you 😊.
Extremely let down. Going by the ratings of this place, I had high hopes for a wonderful customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would, solely based on the way I was treated over the phone while trying to book an appointment. I was refused an infill because "they didn't do my initial nail extensions". The person on the phone didn't even suggest other services, like removal, and abruptly ended the call when I inquired about a new set. I can afford the service and could have been a loyal, high-spending client, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere where I feel valued.
Absolutely splendid, my nails look stunning and I thoroughly enjoyed the appointment. I've been a lifelong chronic nail biter, and for the first time, I feel proud of my hands. The team has been incredibly supportive and helpful. I highly recommend it if you struggle with nail biting and need assistance to quit. Thanks, Lindsay!
