The customer service at the pharmacy counter was appalling. Three staff present, yet no one serving. After 10 minutes, a customer went to another counter, and that staff member served them. We were left waiting, even after the other counter had more people. The young blond girl seemed uninterested, ignoring the need to serve at the pharmacy. I left without my prescription. In retail, customers should come first, but not in Boots.
I cannot praise the shop staff enough. Had an emergency repair needed for my glasses, which I cannot do without. Initially, they mentioned needing to send them away for soldering, but they attempted a repair. 30 minutes later, glasses sorted. Lovely, friendly staff, a credit to Boots.
Today, l visited this shop and must say the staff in the perfume department need some customer service lessons. There was no interaction when l asked 3 questions, still waiting on answers. We decided to go elsewhere, losing 2 customers. Not good for business.
