This is one of the most disappointing venues I have visited. The manager and receptionist exhibit extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness towards compassionate patrons. Save both your time and money by seeking services elsewhere! Consider this a forewarning.
AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!!! The service provided is utterly abysmal and chaotic. Communication is a significant challenge as the individual present at the premises does not speak a word of English, rendering interaction virtually impossible. They rely on someone who communicates via phone, but even that proves futile as they become irate, hang up on both customers and employees. The ABSOLUTE WORST VENUE in London. Steer clear!
I experienced an incredibly relaxing massage at this establishment today. It was truly the most exceptional massage session I have ever had. The therapist displayed utmost professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely be returning in the future.
