Today was my first visit, and the owner did my nails for a soak-off and a new set. After years of acrylic nails, I can genuinely say this is the best set I've ever had. The meticulous attention to detail is outstanding; I absolutely adore them. Additionally, the salon is only a 5-minute walk from my home. The most dreadful nails I've ever had done. Manicure could have been non-existent. They left them lumpy and uneven, and the worst part is the chrome finish is absolutely terrible. When I mentioned it wasn't what I requested, she insisted I was mistaken and that different nail salons have different chrome finishes. They don't; it's the same brand, same product. She even inquired at the start if I wanted a mirrored chrome effect, and I clearly said yes, not sparkly.About

I visited The Nail Retreat for the third time to get my BIAB nails done, and I must say, they did an exceptional job! The design I requested was executed perfectly, and the longevity of the nails is impressive, lasting for a remarkable 7 weeks. The staff were accommodating, and the pedicure was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place, and I am truly grateful for their excellent service.
