Although I reside in Canada, whenever I'm in the UK, my family and I always make sure to book massages at this wonderful spa. The team and therapists are polite, efficient, and highly skilled. The massages are truly exceptional! My recent sessions with Lily (Swedish massage) and Max (deep tissue) were outstanding, and I can't speak highly enough of them. I have been frequenting this establishment and I am enamoured by it. Adore the employees. Today, I visited and received a massage from Kate and Emma. They were exceptional. I was not entirely satisfied with the service from the gentleman at the front desk, sensed a strange energy from him. However, the ladies were delightful, so kind and welcoming.
