The most dreadful nails I've ever had done. Manicure could have been non-existent. They left them lumpy and uneven, and the worst part is the chrome finish is absolutely terrible. When I mentioned it wasn't what I requested, she insisted I was mistaken and that different nail salons have different chrome finishes. They don't; it's the same brand, same product. She even inquired at the start if I wanted a mirrored chrome effect, and I clearly said yes, not sparkly.
The space is well-lit and beautifully decorated. The staff are incredibly positive and friendly. They were very understanding and accommodating to my indecisiveness. Since I didn't have an appointment and was just visiting the area, they took me in right away.
