Absolutely dreadful massage experience in the entirety of Edinburgh. They advertise authentic Scottish massages, but it felt more like a casual back rub. I strongly advise against it. Three different therapists attempted the massage without success. Save your money and time elsewhere.
What a terrible establishment. Not only was the massage subpar, but the therapist behaved inappropriately and offered illicit services. When I expressed my discomfort and tried to leave, she attempted to physically restrain me. The owner issued a partial refund of £20 out of £55, but this conduct is highly unprofessional. I left feeling upset and stressed after this distressing encounter.
The skilled gentlemen here provide excellent service. Unfortunately, I was assigned a novice this morning. Following a planned appointment with zaza, which was unexpectedly changed to an impolite elderly lady upon arrival, I will not be returning. It's a pity, as the service was exceptional until last year.
