I visited this morning for a massage and the receptionist was extremely impolite and rude. She asked for £35 for a 30-minute session, even though the leaflet advertised £30. When I questioned her about the price difference, she replied, 'My boss says it's £35 for women.' This place doesn't even deserve one star. This is one of the most disappointing venues I have visited. The manager and receptionist exhibit extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness towards compassionate patrons. Save both your time and money by seeking services elsewhere!
