I visited The Nail Retreat for the third time to get my BIAB nails done, and I must say, they did an exceptional job! The design I requested was executed perfectly, and the longevity of the nails is impressive, lasting for a remarkable 7 weeks. The staff were accommodating, and the pedicure was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place, and I am truly grateful for their excellent service.
My experience was not satisfactory - I was asked to arrive 30 minutes earlier, only to be informed upon arrival that they couldn't accommodate the change and I had to stick to my original 6 pm appointment. However, I was not seated until 6:30 pm. The BIAB treatment was subpar, with dust residue left on my nails and uneven polish with bubbling. The application was not done correctly, resembling shellac instead of the intended build-up for BIAB. I believe I could have achieved better results if I had done it at home.
