I've been a regular visitor for a few years now and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!!! I absolutely adore this place. My gel manicures always stay pristine for a full month and the team's precision is exceptional. It's also so heartwarming to walk in and be greeted like an old friend from your previous visit. A perfect 10 out of 10 recommendation :)
I must say, the acrylics I received here were the worst I've ever had. The nerve to charge me £60 for plain white tips when I usually pay £35 elsewhere for a much better set. One of my nails broke in just 4 days, they are transparent and unattractive, wouldn't suggest this place.
I am utterly let down, if possible, I would give zero stars... I was eagerly anticipating my dipping powder nails before my holiday. Just 10 days later and my nails have already chipped - definitely not worth £50 for such a subpar service... I usually have my dipping powder nails done elsewhere and they last 5-6 weeks. Considering the above-average price, I am incredibly disappointed with the service.
