I was referred to this hair and beauty salon by a companion for a haircut and restyle, and I'm so happy I was. Kelsey is delightful! Initially, she was fully booked, but she kindly got in touch to inform me that a slot was available (outstanding customer service). Thank you! The salon is so stunning and there's also an added bonus of a furry companion too :). Kelsey made me feel at ease and took the time to comprehend my hair and my request and explained her process along the way. Kelsey is professional and amiable, and it's clear she is passionate about her work and clients. It's invigorating to have such a cheerful salon experience (coffee, biscuit, and banter included).
