Disappointing experience! The individual who attended to me initially placed a gown on me without saying a word. She proceeded to brush and straighten my hair while I waited for the hairdresser. I showed the stylist a few photos of the desired look, despite my long and thick hair (she even complimented its quality), I was left with extremely thin, short hair. I requested bangs and ended up with blunt, short strands at the front. I couldn't leave fast enough due to my disappointment with the outcome; I rarely visit hair salons and now struggle to style my hair. It resembles a rat's tail when tied up, severely impacting my confidence.
