Firstly, I must say Emma is a very kind woman. However, her work ethic is not the best I've seen. Even with a full queue, Emma will proceed to stand at the door and have a break, making people wait longer. When you tell her you want your hair styled in a certain way, she tries to brush it off and tells you that she thinks a different style will suit you better, and continues to style it her way. She is talented in styling hair, but if she listens to clients more, then this would deserve more stars.

I'm always greeted with a smile, the owner is lovely and helped me change my hairstyle, loved her suggestion and actually went with it.
