Firstly, I must say Emma is a very kind woman. However, her work ethic is not the best I've seen. Even with a full queue, Emma will proceed to stand at the door and have a break, making people wait longer. When you tell her you want your hair styled in a certain way, she tries to brush it off and tells you that she thinks a different style will suit you better, and continues to style it her way. I'd highly suggest Body Harmony. Welcomed warmly, put at ease instantly. After months of daily agony, sleepless nights, severe shoulder immobility, I saw vast improvement, pain nearly gone after just one session. After 8 months of struggle, I regained my dignity, slept well, dressed myself, washed independently, enhancing my mental well-being.
