Consistently excellent service with a friendly greeting as soon as you enter. My nails are always impeccably done by the same technician. I always leave happy as she pays attention to my requests or any pictures I show her.
I dropped by today for an infill and file without an appointment. I was promptly greeted with a warm welcome and received excellent, thorough service. My nails look fresh and lovely. Very satisfied.
I've never experienced such a hurried nail appointment. My scheduled time was delayed by 25 minutes, and the woman who arrived after me was given the gel colour selection before me. The nail technician seemed irritated when I couldn't decide on a colour! I felt disrespected and rushed throughout the process. The end result was rushed and unsatisfactory. I won't be coming back.
