Representing my spouse - She had booked a French nail treatment in advance - arrived early - was assisted by Emma who mentioned she lacked time for the French polish and could only manage a basic one (Though a discount was offered). The whole process felt rushed and haphazard, completely inattentive - to the extent that it was painful during the session - my spouse visibly winced in discomfort - nails are now rough, split, and tender - overall, a subpar service from someone who clearly lacked enthusiasm - perhaps just an off day? But the poor attitude was evident throughout.
Outstanding customer service, warm, skilled, serene setting, and undoubtedly the finest encounter I've had. I shall certainly return.
Indulged in a delightful foot treatment this morning by Zara Khan I absolutely endorse it, my feet now feel incredible.
