I accompanied my three daughters and my spouse to the salon. Unfortunately, my middle daughter had attempted to trim her own fringe.
My child managed to secure me an appointment on short notice for a root touch-up. As I reside in Italy, I am not a regular client, but the staff dedicated a lot of time to discuss the options with me and ultimately chose a root colour that complemented my existing highlights. They were attentive and thorough, and I truly wish I lived closer because they were exceptional. I highly recommend this salon.
Had a wonderful transformation. I changed my hair colour from a dark shade to a lovely light brown with highlights. I am thrilled with the outcome and my hair is in fantastic condition, if not better than before. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
